Saw this little beauty at one of the local shop here today. I underexposed the pictures alittle to try to reduce any blown highlights.

Very cute.
Just picked up one of these - about an inch and a quarter. I'll post some pics soon. Little guy eats like there's no tomorrow on Dubia nymphs, small silkworms and isopods. It's funny seeing him/her next to my big wild type girl - she is nearly four times his length and many many times his mass!
Here is a pic of my albino Woodhouse's toad (just shy of 3 inches SV) with a BIG wild type female. Both are terrific eaters, eating mostly Dubia roaches, with some silkworms, hornworms and (as a treat) appropriately-sized mice. My son named the albino "Snowball II" after the Simpsons' cat... My pictures need some work, though!
Beautiful toads! I like his name.
It's interesting - Snowball recently moved in with the large female (Junebug) and her mate, and she is very obviously annoying Junebug! In my experience, Woodhouse's toads are mellow and almost sociable - they often cluster together and sit on top of each other. However, they are also creatures of habbit - they seem to have specific spots they like and go about their daily routines with a fair degree of consistency. Snowball has been "horning in" on Junebug's preferred spot, and she is too small for Junebug to shove out of the way (like she does with her mate). On a number of occasions, I have seen Junebug scrabbling around trying to evict Snowball from her corner of the tank! Hopefully, they'll sort this out without too much stress!
