Hi everyone!I'm Christine and I've only ever owned two firebelly toads when I was younger! and I'm really wanting to get another two firebelly toads real soon!
so I've been undergoing extensive research on the matter including the care, breeding and maintenance of both Firebelly's and Crickets! as this was a problem for me the last time! I was constantly having to buy more and more crickets and more and more earth worms for my frogs! as I don't have a steady income this can become quite tedious! so this Friday I'm going to be buying the neccisary things for breeding crickets! and buying a few dozen crickets to start out with!
with any luck I'll be buying a firebelly toad shortly after!
and maybe even breeding them!
I have a few home ready for some of them!
and wouldn't mind keeping the others if need be!
I have plenty of space for them! and if my crickets breed well I'll have plenty of food for them too!
if anyone wants to offer advise on raising the firebellys or crickets feel free!
otherwise howdy folks nice meeting ya!
hope to gain a lot of knowledge and support off this site!

). Sounds like you have a good plan to get started. Crickets are easy to keep and breed as long as they have a warm habitat, and moist (but not soggy) soil to lay eggs in, lots of good gutloading food and a clean environment. Crickets tend to smell, so the cleaner you can keep them, the better! Best of luck and if you have any questions, we are all more than happy to help!
