When frogs are transfered from one place to another sometimes they can take a long time to adjust. They're curious and scared about they're new environments, especially if they're wild caught. Give him a little while to adjust and he should start eating if he's otherwise healthy.

Uh oh... What have I done??
Definitely looks like a PCF. If you are able to get a closeup, reasonably clear picture of the throat, I could give you a sex on it. Or, if you can see it yourself, a female will have a white throat; a male a dark, throat. If it is really young, it may be hard to tell until it gets bigger. Males, once they start calling, can get really loud, but it is a cool sound. I keep my PCF in a ten gallon tank complete with moss, a glass bowl, and locally found branches setup vertically and horizontally. They seem to love the setup. They do not need it overly damp, and will easily adjust to room temperature and moderate humidity. A very easy frog to care for! I included a picture of my male, Yoki (dark throat) and my female, Taiki, for you to compare your little one too! Congrats on the new addition.
