Accidental tree frog???

Hi guys!! My gf rescued a tiny tree frog at her work this morning, but we have no idea what it is. Maybe you guys can identify this frog for me so that my gf and I can take good care of it, a caresheet of it would be nice

Both my gf and I guessed it is a Pacific Chorus Frog, but we are not so sure.
