I'm thinking about getting an Exo-Terra 18"x18"x24" terrarium for the frog. I calculated the volume, and it turned out to be around 33 gallons. What kinds of plants can I put into that size tank?

Just as an example, I have a 33 gallon Exo Terra and I have a bromeliad and two snake plants in either corner. You can check out pics in my Viv Setup/s album if you want a visual reference. Lots of plants are good for that size viv though, as it can look pretty large with nothing in it and has a lot more floor space than I thought it would. Just make sure to check out what types of plants are good for Milks or Mossies when you decide which frog to get, that's always helpful. I have White's in my tank so I had to choose strong leafed plants that would hold up the weight of my fat frogs. XD

How about a philodendron plant? How would I get rid of pesticides and stuff?

you dont want to use hot water for plants and cuttings, it could damage them.
%10 bleach solution soak for 5 to 10 min. then rinse very well over and over again.
after a good rinse I allways let them soak again in non bleach water and change the water a few times untill I feel confident that there is no bleach left. then let them dry out.

Typically mossy frogs are kept thirty gallon tanks that have a large water feature; anywhere from 1/2 to 2/3's of the horizontal space should be occupied by water. Milk frogs, however, do not require the large amount of water, and need taller tanks. This kind of ruins the split tank set-up. milks may need warmer temperatures as well, but I can't recall. If you had a +50 size tank you might be able to get away with a breeding pair of mossy frogs and a single milk frog, but don't take my word for it.
I personally am setting up a mossy vivarium; I've wanted them ever since I first laid eyes on them.
Both are lovely frogs....i was having the same question, which one should i get 1st?
Sadly, i can not find Mossy in my local shop, it has only 1 single lonely mike frog....
so i can not get both of them yet...
