What do you guys use for???

Pacman frog cages? Who uses tubs and who uses tanks? One problem I have been having is keeping humidity around 70%, it drops down to 50% in between misting of the cage which I figured it would be easier to keep humidity up in a tub.....Oh and also I’ve heard they don’t move around much but he doesn’t move at all, even at night? Maybe he is just acclimating to the cage? I thought it was maybe just because in the pet store, he was in a TINY critter keeper and hes not used to a big cage. But I don’t know....

Help would be VERY appreciated.....

I used a tank when I had mine. To keep the humidity in one thing I do as well as most people is block off half of the top of the cage with a towel, or piece of plastic. I use a piece of plastic that I cut to fit the screen mesh. That with misting will keep the humidity up in the cage.

I rarely ever saw my Pacman move at all except when food was around. Especially if you just got it then it will probably hide for some time until it gets used to it's new surroundings.

Okay thank you very much! I got him to eat some mealies and a cricket and a waxworm the day after I got him but he hasn't ate since then. He's not skinny or anything. And I've pretty much just left him alone, and put one or two crickets in there daily. But I get paranoid, and since this is my boyfriends frog, I'm extra paranoid since he told me it'd be my fault if his frog wasnt happy

The frog stays at my house, and this is his first herp, I've had lots. So he figures I will do better than him I guess I dunno.lol I don't ask questions anymore What kinds of frogs you got now? just out of curiousity.

I have:

2.0.0 hyla cinerea (american green tree frogs)
1.1.0 litoria caerulea (white's tree frogs)

I had:

1.1.0 bufo americanus (common american toads) but they died

Not a very original collection, but this is a new hobby for me
