    Default Leca or hydoton balls

What are the benefits of them.. Do they hold the water differently then gravel. It is a weight issue?

Still gathering products for 135.. Got the plants that I have posted on here and got bags of hydroton balls but I think I need more. Can i just mix some gravel with them to make up for what i need? just wondering..

Got soil and jungle mix.. Still trying to break the news to the fish that they are getting evicted. haha....

    that you all.

Hydo balls do absorb moisture, and u can mix gravel, make sure u have a PVC pipe with cap, so u can access to drain water when u need to. I've also heard of people just using syrofoam packing peanuts, so maybe some of that at base. U can use a turkey baister to drain excess water. So PVC can total be hidden and short.
