It's a good point about tanks on Craigslist. I got all my tanks, minus one, on a site similar to Craigslist in my neck of the woods. Make sure you clean it well with dechlorinated water and make sure it is water proof (I had one bad experience). Even if there will not be lots of water, keeping humidity will gather some.... If it leaks, you can get aquarium silicone at a pet supply store for not too much.
