Can you mix tree frogs.. RETF's are want we are getting but can you mix others with RETF"S... just wondering.. Thanks
No you can't. There are several reasons, the different requirements and parameters of the terrarium, The other species will probably be from a different part of the world, one species might eat the other one. Also frogs contain toxins on their skin so if you keep two different species together, they will be slowly intoxicated by the other species.
The quick answer is no....keep different species separate. Please search mixing species or mixed tanks for the many discussions against this practice not only here on this forum but any other forum that relates to frogs.
Oh that is cool.. I was just wondering if that was a option for the future.. We love our RETF's so it is NOT a problem.. It was one of those "don't hurt to ask" questions..
