She needs to see a professional imo if you want any chance of saving her at this point I think. The substance is likely infection/puss, god only really knows if you don't take her to someone. The leg doesn't look good even to my untrained eye. From what I know of mammals when a limb swells regardless of reason, you reduce/cut off blood flow/supply which will cause the muscle and tissue to die. In essence kind of like a turniquet with out the external binding. If it is an internal infection the soaks aren't going to getthe job done. At this point internal as well as possibly external antibiotics might be called for.

    Sending good vibes tho...

That is some nasty swelling. I looked for the pics you posted earlier when the problem first started but could not find them. An infection this bad is not good. The frog is probably very near systemic shock and will soon die. If you cannot get to a vet,
I myself, would sterilize a pair of cuticle scissors and make a small cut in both the thigh and lower leg to allow pressure release. Be carefull to only cut the skin.
Keep in anitbiotic bath awhile afterwards. Potential cause is broken or fractured bones.

I AM NOT A VET, OR A FROG DR., and it may seem an inappropriate post, but, if you cant get to a vet, it may be worth a try.
