    Default Bacteria Infection?

Ive posted about this problem before. My Female Adult ACF had a red lump on her back and it appeared like she was shedding her skin. She escaped a few nights ago (again which i have posted about). Today I have done a full tank clean out and put her back into the original tank. I noticed what i thought may have been dust left which i had missed when i had tried cleaning her from when she escaped, however when i pulled it away it looked to me like it came off from her skin! I then later noticed she was doing the wierd shedding thing again. Then when she swam up for air i noticed the red blister like things again! this time there on her legs. There is one at one side and a smaller one on the other. I managed to get a quick photograph, though its not brilliant because it was taken on my phone!

From what i have read on the internet this is a bacterial infection but i would jsut want to see what you guys think? and if anyone can explain the sheadding of skin?
Also should I seperate her from the tank until she's better? and how should I go about treating her?

Any help will be much appricated!

Looks like a normal wound to me.
Are those eggs in the background?

Do to it's location, I would confidently say it isn't red leg. Usually that occurs on the dorsal aspect of the hind legs. Also due to the small size a physical wound from either a plant or rock in the aquarium could very well be the culprit. Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't start to heal within the next 24 hours I would highly recommend bringing him to a Veterinarian. X. laevis have remarkable and lighting fast healing abilities, so if it doesn't heal quickly then there maybe something more serious.

I was worried it may be red leg but im glad thats not the case! like i said before this has happened before, but when it happened first time i did not have those plants in the tank. She did escape the tank a few nights ago so if they are just a normal wound, maybe she hurt herself while hopping round my room and i havent noticed it til now or the wound hasnt come up til now. I will keep a close eye on her!

Sounds good, ya it could even just be a topical inflammatory response or "contact allergy." Should clear up fairly quick, hope she heals up fine!

I do too! its only seems to be surface wounds, its not affecting her in any other way shes been swiming fine. It cute because since she's been rejoined with my other male frog i have in there, they have been mating for over 24 hours now with a couple of breaks! I may yet have some tadpoles on the way!

I am pretty sure they meant "Amplexing" which in froggy world is they version of mating.
