Default Plant growing in my substrate?!?!

So there's definitely a plant sprouting up from my eco earth substrate.

I have no clue where it could have come from, and I definitely did not plant it myself.

Could the crickets somehow have brought a seed in? Nightcrawlers from wal-mart?

I am at an absolute loss as to how it got there, or that it's even growing in the coco fiber substrate.

Since I don't know what kind it is, could it be harmful to my pyxie?

This happens in my horned frog frog setups , I would of guessed its from the coco fibre a trapped seed or summit but the things pop up over night.

If you're worried about it just take it out. I have found plastic and metals mixed with coco fibers before so it's not too surprising that a seed would get in there.
