Ok, It's easy to tell if a dog or cat is happy with where they live but I'm a little unsure of these new frogs. Granted, i've only had them here for 5 days and they're probably still transitioning. I can totally tell with my other frog when she is happy but because the new FBT hide so much and spend all their time in the water, I'm not 100% sure they are happy with their environment. I could of sworn I read that FBT were a more active frog or am I wrong?
It's still a little early but I'd like to see a photo of the setup before ruling anything out.

Julie, give it time. You just got them last Saturday. It takes time to adapt. I've seen your enclosure, it's nice. More plants is what I would suggest. They do like to feel protected, and hiding behind plants makes them feel as if they are hiding from potential predators.
My FBT took a good two weeks before coming out of their coconut huts they had originally... Make sure your daughter doesn't tap on the glass, too. I'm not saying she is, but my 6-yr old son did in the beginning, and that was a learning curve for him...
Ok...I'm not the most patient person when it comes to some things...lol. I just want to see them and enjoy themi'll give them all the time they need and try to be patient while they adjust
Here's a pic of their set-up John...
I totally understand. Keep in mind that you got your FBT from a pet shop, where they were exposed and not in the best environment, and that kids and older kids tapped in the window. They will be very happy with you, they just need to settle down.
