I just got Powder today and I think there might be a problem. I got him at the pet store up the road from my house and they told me he could go in my tank with the other critters and eat the fish food as well and would be fine. After doing some research I do not think it will work. I have a 30 gallon tank with 2 red thai crabs, a golden dojo, a black finned shark, two turqious rainbows, 4 tiger barbs, 4 zebra danios, 3 red and black platys, 1 algea eater, and a snail. With all I have read there I havent found anything about keeping them in a tank with other fish and such. Is it safe? Also i read that there should be no filter or one that does not create a big current. My filter creates a current but only at the top of the tank. Also, I have a bubble curtain and a bubble rock because I was having big algea and dirty tank issues and the more movement in the water the cleaner it stays. There are planty of places for powder to hide and I do not think the other fish will bother him but is it safe for him to be in the tank? I would appreciate anyones help! Thank you!
