Interesting question. I believe Bufo retiformis protected at the state level. Amphibiaweb say it is listed in Appendix I of CITES but CITES says its listing was deleted in 2000 (and it says it was an Appendix II listing). Confused? Me too.

I just looked at a picture of kellogi, wow, it looks just like debilis but with out all the nice color.![]()
