Hi guys, just wondering if woodlice are any good to feed to my southern bell frogs (about 4-5cm) and also, does anyone know the nutritional value of these?

Done quite a bit of searching but cant seem to find anything except that their shell is very high in calcium?

I have a good supply of these so would be great if they are ok to use as a semi staple food
