Another reason for runny feces could be dehydration which you would treat with a saline solution. Don't buy the saline from a drug store though as those have been mixed for humans only and might not do well for frogs. I was told 5 grams of salt per gallon of water I think? But I'm not sure about these measurements so you should look it up. Other than that Ginger's right, you should probably get a fecal exam done and try the warm bath to see if it could be impaction. If this doesn't work and your frog just gets sicker, try to find a herp vet in your area. There's only so much you can do from home.
