    I see it all the time with Leopard geckos. Usually keeping the nose area clean and setting up a sort of hospital environment helps with the clean problem. Certainly don't want substrait and stuff getting on that booboo. Maybe you can contact your vet to see if there is an antiseptic wash you can use to qtip on the lil nose until this clears up.
