The right eye looks a little cloudy. I would recommend getting an amphibian-safe eye antibiotic from the vet. You will most likely have to take the frog in to see the vet but unless you are confident that the vet is experienced with amphibians, don't let the vet do the treatment - just make sure they can see the frog has an eye infection. The reason I say this is that most vets have zero experience with amphibians and are not aware of amphibian tolerances for the various medications and treatments. In several cases there are antibiotics prescribed for reptiles and mammals that are extremely toxic to amphibians.
