African dwarf frogs poorly?

I am worried about 2 of mine,1 spends alot of time floating and the other one has a strange looking limp hand,the other hand and feet are webbed and spread out niceley and the other hand is scrunched up,when they are resting at the bottom of the tank their back legs are tucked tightly underneath them,is this normal?I dont know how old they are but I have had them around a year

That sounds like normal behavior. Mine will literally stand on their hind legs and stick his nose out of the water. They will often float at the surface and lay at the bottom for quite some time. As long as they are eating well and no signs of skin problems, they should be just fine.
