    Default Reed frogs

I am very excited that in late March I will be obtaining a group of CB reed frogs, w00t! Now the question is whether to go with a group of Hyperolius argus or Heterixalus madagascariensis...? Decisions, decisions.

I also have a 15 gallon that I will be using to set up a nice Viv, with a nice assortment of reed plants, bamboo and nice mosses.

I would choose H. madagascariensis. They are easy to care for and practically breed themselves

    H. argus is a very colorful frog and quite hardy also. The males and females of this species are easy to tell apart. Guess, you will have a tough decision to make!

No worries Ebony, I'll be sure to posts lots of pictures. This coming weekend I am going to start construction on the Viv.

And Terry I am totally torn over which one to go with. They are both very colorful and I know it's true that both species due practically breed themselves! Only if other species were so easy haha
