I actually think it is helping your frog because the fishes are more likely eating its shedding skin. The gold fishes do not have teeth neither so there is no way this will hurt your frogs. I think the only way a gold fish can hurt your frog is if they have teeth. BTW, i have a dwarf frog living with a goldfish and it was pretty funny watching them dive for the fish!
