Hi!

Finally got myself an african bullfrog. Picked it up last saturday and I'm very happy about it.
It started out great with it eating a couple of crickets and jumping around, exploring its cage. But now it borrows itself completely and is not interested in the crickets. Just shuts its eyes and "backs down" into its hole when I offer food.

Is this normal behavior for a bullfrog that just has been moved? I've got the humidity in the cage at 80, temperature at 28C at one side and 25 at the other...



So, is this a male or a female? I for one don't care if it's a female since I like the size it is now. But I am prepared for it to grow big if it turn out to be male...
