    Default Albino Pacman

Yesterday I rescued a super tiny albino pacman baby from someone locally here in town. The poor little guy is barely the size of a quarter and is super skinny. I'm a little afraid that he might not make it.

I was wondering if there is anything special to do for an albino? I read that they are more sensitive to light and might need more calcium, but is there anything else I need to do differently? Also, any suggestions on how to get this guy to eat and what to do for him?

What else is strange with him is he almost just one solid orange color. He only has a few markings around his eyes. Will he develop a pattern over his body as he gets older or is that just the way this particular one is going to look like. It's kinda cool because he looks like he has a helmet on, lol.

Yeah I actually went to take pics before I posted this thread but the little guy was completely burrowed in his substrate and I didn't want to stress him out. I will try and get a few pics of him tomorrow morning and post them for you.

Yeah I've been going in there and trying to get him to eat. I put in a small cricket last night in hopes that maybe when no one was in the room he would get it. I did a quick look this morning and he was still underground but I also didn't see the cricket. I'm hoping he ate it and the cricket just wasn't hiding out of sight.

In a bit here I'm going to go in and feed everyone in my critter room and I'll try feeding him again and also snapping a picture.

Hey sorry it took me so long to reply and get the picture. He has been eating and is starting to look chubby. I didn't want to stress him out and bug him so I waited for when he was ready to come out of his hole, which he did the other day and I snapped a pic.

You can see where it almost looks like the pattern is lightly showing up below the head area in this picture.

Wednesday I went in and now the spots you can lightly see are darkening like the rest of his spots. However, not only is he developing darker spots on his back area but he is also turning green.

If you look closely at the picture on the backside of his eyes is a slight green. We'll yesterday his left backside turned a pale green from the middle of his belly to his leg. We'll today I went in to feed him and now both sides are green. It's a faint green and I tried to take a picture with my cell phone but you couldn't see anything because of the flash, but I'm charging my actual camera right now and tomorrow I will try and show you guys the green.

I was thinking that maybe the pattern darkening up is because when I got him he was really underfed and dehydrated which is why his patterns were so faint, but I don't get the turning green?

Is this a sign of an issue with him or is it pretty normal to see green pigment develop with albinos?
