thIs way we can better assist you.
You need to put it on a substrate that gives it support. What you have it in now is too "Slippery" and will start to change how its feet sit and it wont be able to walk after awahile. Put it in 2 inches of coco fiber and keep it more dry than wet. Mist the frog daily.

sorry about my poor English, and thanks.
I'll do that right now
It will get better![]()
What kind of bottled water are you using? Tap water that has been de-chlorinated is best.
Distilled water is bad. Mike is right though, your substrate is too wet and gives no support.
Keep us posted!
hi, it's the same bottled water that i drink ciel.com.mx
it's been lying, front legs in a sprawled out position and jaw on the substrate since yesterday, is this normal?
red leg?
RedLeg Hope this helps. I am not really sure. I would go to a vet if you can't.
My 15 year old White's Tree Frog Hetfield (RIP 1996-June 4, 2012) and my little girl Lucy
From the photos it doesn't really look like red leg, but in early stages it can appear pinkish. Sadly his front legs look like the muscles have atriphend.
thanks to all.
it's Chytrid i think, she's al ready on treatment, but she's not recovering her front leg's movement, but it's looking better.
day one:
day 2:
day 3:
i'm using terbinafina, heat, and removing the excessive shedding with my hand's since she can't do it.
any advice are welcome, i'm worried about the front legs, maybe i just kill her (don't know how yet) if she does not recover her legs, but time will say.
thanks and sorry for my poor english.
Chytrid does not cause them to not be able to move their limbs. It prevents them from absorbing water and moisture through their skin., but that does not mean that she may not have it. Some carry it. I wish there were more help we could provide. Perhaps you could find a Vet that specializes in Amphibians and see if they can offer assistance. It could be anything from a neurological problem to a vitamin deficiency. Possibly even MBD( Metabolic Bone Disease).
Seek out the assistance of a Vet. This is your best chance to save her.
i'm grateful with all your help, just found this maybe you want to read the article
Chytrid fungus slows frog's heart beat › News in Science (ABC Science)
don't get me wrong I'm doing my best, there's not specialist on my city.
and any opinion or advice could help.
Wee according go this article it could be possible for your frog to have Chytrid, but with out a specialist to test for the fungus there is no way to be certain. This is the first time I've read that Chytrid causes paralysis. There are many other symptoms as well that may not be apparent here, but it is worth a try.
