Hey sorry it took me so long to reply and get the picture. He has been eating and is starting to look chubby. I didn't want to stress him out and bug him so I waited for when he was ready to come out of his hole, which he did the other day and I snapped a pic.

You can see where it almost looks like the pattern is lightly showing up below the head area in this picture.

Wednesday I went in and now the spots you can lightly see are darkening like the rest of his spots. However, not only is he developing darker spots on his back area but he is also turning green.

If you look closely at the picture on the backside of his eyes is a slight green. We'll yesterday his left backside turned a pale green from the middle of his belly to his leg. We'll today I went in to feed him and now both sides are green. It's a faint green and I tried to take a picture with my cell phone but you couldn't see anything because of the flash, but I'm charging my actual camera right now and tomorrow I will try and show you guys the green.

I was thinking that maybe the pattern darkening up is because when I got him he was really underfed and dehydrated which is why his patterns were so faint, but I don't get the turning green?

Is this a sign of an issue with him or is it pretty normal to see green pigment develop with albinos?

My ornates are eating machines but almost all of my albino babies I have to force feed them. The best way to do this is to take a dusted superworm or earthworm and while holding the frog gently rub the worm along the opening of its mouth. Then as soon as it opens its mouth push half the worm in there. Usually this will make the frog swallow the rest. Cranwellis are a real pain when they are babies but ponce they reach 3 in. they will eat anything.

If you dont want to force feed another trick is to get some minnows and put a few of them in front of him. This worked for some of my frogs.
