Parental instinct

Do pacman frogs have a parental instinct? My bf swears he saw a show about it. It didn't sound right to me, but u couldn't find anything online.

There appears to be an improper distiction between African Bull frogs and South American Horned frogs. The male ABF has been observered in parental care activity. The South American frogs of Ceratrophys are known to be cannibalistic, and there is no such parental care, only consumption of avialable food items, including thier own young.
