I've created a new social group called the Caecilian Enthusiasts Society. It's open to anyone interested in the captive care and natural history of these amzing amphibians.
I'm bumping this up to see if we have anymore caecilian enthusiasts here on FrogForum.
Theoretically I don't keep any of my amphibian house mates. The caecilian are my personal favourite of many amphibian (at least 5 different species of frogs) residents of "The Rocks" (my home beside a natural rock pool) in Honduras, Central America.
Wow, it has been a long time since 1) I've been on this forum, and 2) this thread has been posted on! Nonetheless, I received the email which notified of a reply and summoned me from my salamander-induced coma.
That is awesome, Gringoloco! What species of caecilian do you have there in "The Rocks"?
