Endlers breed well so they should be able to reproduce before they all get eaten. Keep the water changed often or the build up of toxins will kill the dwarf frogs, snails, and fish.

You really should not be mixing all them together.
I've never observed a FBT eating anything underwater..

The filter will break down toxin to an extent but yes I will be changing the water on a regular basis.
