I would add to all the advice you have been given, by saying you should maintain perfect sanitary conditions for this frog. I have never seen this ailment before, but I suspect it is a baterial infection. I would maintain the frog on white paper towels untill this clears up. You can try using Neosporin (without painreleiver). Use it sparingly.
