I use those same coconut fiber blocks that the above mentioned. I USED to use small bark chips that they sold at petsmart in a bag but one of my frogs ate a piece of bark and died due to not being able to digest and pass the bark.
Ever since then (gosh 9 years ago) I have been using those blocks and have not had ONE problem!
