A popular choice is coco fiber substrate, the ones bought in blocks which you hydrate with water. It retains plenty of moisture which keeps humidity levels high, and doesn't dry out like moss. You can then put moss on top of your coco fiber substrate, to minimise coco fiber substrate being rubbed everywhere up your tank walls by your frogs! It also adds more variety to your tank. Just my personal thought.
