dont have photos but i googles it and it lloksw most like a american tree frog with the stickyfeet and all....i dont think he will last the nightlike i said i dont know where it came fromi live in a large apartment building in ottawa canada....so i cant just let him free...like others have told me to do...i have him in a tank with snap lid i use to put my other two frogs african dwarfs while i change their tank..i have sprits him with filtered water...and well i dont have crickets or meal worms and such only blood worms for the frogs...

my frogs have been singing latley would it have come from someone elses apartment to my frogs??? i think he will pass away tonight so there is no big rush...is it possible this frog hickhiked from the states in lettuce....i found it near the fridge...and it did jump once...i lifted it into the container with paper and didnt touchit at all...its now just laying in the tank in a small ball breathing heavy and not moving

i found a small green tree frog on my floor about an hour ago....i have two african dwarfs...i know about them but nothing about this kind...it is not in good shape and i most likely wont make it over night...it jumped once..i but it in a covered tank and sprits it with filtered water....i do not have food for it and the stores are closed...i dont know where it came from...

i found it near my fridge....i didnt touch it, i used a sheet of paper to place it in the tank...i do have a product that is called frog and tad pole bits but i think its aquatic frog food...i used it to raise tad poles.....i also only have blood worms....what should i do with it...if its alive tommorrow??? the are no frog doctors around me...i live in canada its -34 tonight ...so no i cant return it to the wild if it caught a ride in some lettuce as i have already been told
any help is great ...no i have no picture of it...google american tree frog and it looks like that...small about an inch long...green with a white strip and a smaller black strip...black eyes...

I have go idea how he got there. Ya, treefrogs have to bury themselves in dirt, the grounds frozen, so no way he just came in. The breathing heavy, give him something clean to hide in or cover the cage until some other ideas come in. good luck maybe just put him back by fridge, maybe he liked it there? LOL

ok i have gone out and picked up a terriaum...and the stuff for it...talked to a few people and concluded that this is a hitch hicker from the lower states that come in some veggies...so far its been three days and it is an american tree frog..just small...ummm tries to give him really little crickets...didnt see ay in the cage today? unless they escaped...he was a bright leaf green today and i just turnned of the light and he had crawled up near a vent hole and started to sleep...i guess so far so good....i have some more crickets to add for him...since he may be wild...what should i do for foods??? and i cant put him outside there is a foot of snow...plus hes not native to the area....advice would be awsome...anyone heard of this before....i dont have experience with these..only african dwarfs...i was able to raise some of them from tad poles...sadly i went to school away from home and my population was all but wiped out...i only have two left from seven...
