muscle structures kinda show through normaly, just doesn't show when they're sitting . Red leg would be spreading to his belly already. I thaught the same thing before.

I used to always be worried about this with my baby blue! But seeing as he's all healthy I came to the conclusion that it is just muscle as the gentleman above mentioned, and ot shows through more because of their pale skin
