I would say ventrimaculata is the easiest out of those.

They can be fed with a bunch of small feeder insects.

    Some possible candidates are:

    -small fruitflies (D.melanogaster)
    -small tropical woodlice
    -springtails
    -pea aphids
    -wheat weevils
    -flour beetles
    -confused flour beetles
    -rice weevil
    -grain weevil

    and so on

Where do you get the weevils and the pea aphids?
    Thanks

I have to agree with Wesley. I would say vents. Of course, I am biased as I have two. And yes, feeding wise, it's a walk in the park, as long as you're willing to raise fruit flies and springtails (which work wonders for mine - and pinheads, but they're more of a pain as they like to hide).

Vents are avid eaters and it's a pleasure to see them being so active while feeding.
