Heating your enclosure

I'm bumping this question to ask if this would be a good product for heating my 18x18x24 Zoo Med Terrarium. I want to hold a temp of around 74 degrees for dart frogs. There is a water feature in the middle of the tank which is surrounded on three sides by substrate. My follow up question is would this be adequate to heat help heat the enclose?

I heat all of my tanks by lighting and at night i leave my heater on in the room when temperatures get lower then 20 degrees celcius in the vivs.

If you like, you can use a heat cable, or if you have a large water feature, just an aquarium heater,
Make sure to use it with a temp. sensor inside your viv to make sure you are not overdoing things.
A defect can always occur.

Well I'm keeping my house at 74 degrees these days since I'm getting a bit longer in the tooth. I'm inclined to use the heating cable with a controller to monitor the temperature. I have not decided on what type of lighting I want to use as this will have a impact on the heating. I like the Exo Terra Duel Top Canopy product as it has a clean design and has slots to mount their temperature and humidy gauges. My only question is would it fit a Zoo Med Terrarium? What are you using for lighting on your setups?
