At a glance, this care sheet http://frogworld.net/african-dwarf-frog/ looks ok to me, except that I would encourage 2.5 gallons per ADF (rather than the 1G they recommend) to ensure that they have enough space, and the water quality is more manageable.

Someone should do up some species profiles/care sheets for the aquatic frogs on frogforum. There are lots of ADF owners who visit this site and will be able to give advice (or amend the info in the care sheet I linked) as needed.
