Clear bubble on my tree frogs eye
Never seen this before and I dont have money to take him to a vet right now. anyone see this before? I originally thought it was an air or water bubble but he keeps wiping his arm over it and it does not pop, i also dabbed at it with a q tip and nothing happened.

Re: Clear bubble on my tree frogs eye
It looks like some kind of bacterial infection to me. I would send Paul Rust a private message, he is very knowledgeable about frog diseases. Sorry I can't offer much help, I wish you the best of luck with your tree frog.

Hello,
The frog really needs to see a vet urgently for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. It looks superficially like a protrusion through the cornea, which can lead to corneal rupture, and needs to be dealt with.
I hope you can get him sorted out.
Bruce.
