New Varanus Acanthurus

Well I finally got a goanna. Many of you have known how long I've waited for one of these. Here are the pics.









In the last pic you can see a small wound on his back. I'm hoping to get him to a vet if it doesn't clear up. It smelt like infection so I cleaned it with warm water and gauze and applied a triple antibiotic to help clear things up.

I might settle for one of those instead of the Black roughnecks that I have been wanting.

Thanks Man. I gotta say he's 100 times more everything than what people describe them to be. I just love all his behaviors. Definitely the most interesting but I've ever had.
