looking into purchasing it, actually thought it have little/no yellow on its throat but massive head

Im no expert, learning new things everyday but, I would say it looks like a male. I say that because of the head to body ratio and I think I see yellow arm pits I would need better pictures to be sure... Its awesome looking either way! How much are they asking for this fat beautiful specimen?
