I have dwarfs in my tank its half water half land. As long as you have a platform for them they should be fine. I have one that loves to burrow and the other one loves to be in the water. Your frog should be fine as long as you have a platform. I made my water level about 5-6in so the frogs can submerge, but can easily stuck there head above the water. What i've notice is that they like the hiding spots more esp. in the water.

I have 7 semi babes all in the same enclosure and 3 of them wont come out of the water, 1 only stays on land and, the remaining chubs are fine with wherever they are.
Its like with us humans... some of us are Starbucks and others are Dunkin Donuts. Its what you like...
And, before anyone says, I know they will all need their own space soon. But, while they are young and don't get to territorial (males) they are fine. in fact, its fun to watch them all moving around and being frogs. Like in the wild with the way its set up.
    I should U tube it...

I would be more concerned with it cannibalism than being territorial.
