Ya, I'm not sure. They say females up to 5" common is 4.5". But then I hear that there are smaller varieties with max females up to 4". So since I got mine from a chain store there are no clear answers from them. We won't know if we have large or smalls for bout a year? And FYI they always say theyve been in store for a month. I watched my same frogs in there for two months. And when I baught them the manager stuck to the month answer even though I pressured her fir the truth. I would love to get mine from a reptile show but they're all 4 hours away. What a hard ride for a frog. But like resqued dogs, I think they know that their home is better. I find them quite intelgent little beings. Mine wait at appointed perch to eat at dinner time, since I hand feed. Toooo cute!!!!

What are the names of yours?
) and yadda yadda. I wanted to rescue them all from their possible impaction but for my first frog I had to go with one that might be more well cared for. Petsmart had employees that knew all about frogs anyway, the Exotic Pets guys consulted a book when I asked questions!
