In my humble opinion I would not worry about the spots as much as I would worry about the sitting in the water bowl all the time. This can be an indicator of intestinal parasites. Don't start treating with antibiotics if you don't know what the problem is. If you can't get a fecal exam done or can't get it to a vet, you can at least treat with Panacur-C and hope it is worms. I only say this because Panacur is very safe and the symptoms seem to indicate parasites so give it a shot. Just dust the panacur on it's crickets and force feed it if you have to. You can also dissolve it in distilled water and place a few drops on it's back 3 times a day, I have had great success doing this with my Black Eyed Leaf Frogs if they wont eat. Good luck and try to get it to a vet if there is any way to do so.
