Very nice collection you have going John. A brazilian black and since your on the avicularia group Id say av Laeta makes a nice one. Im sitting on a sac from one now. P metallica always a plus to a collection as well.

Michael thank you for getting me started on this. The slings we received from you have molted once and are doing great. We can't thank you enough. The regalis made my heart stop, but that's alright! I had sent you an email to see how you were doing and I am assuming very busy. I hope all is well.

Very nice pics!! I recently tripled my T collection and have 1 A. avicularia (F), 1 A. metallica (MM) and 2 G. roseas (F and MM). Amazing animals and I can't wait to expand my collection if I can find some of the species I am interested in at decent prices. Where I am, it's turning out to be as difficult to get T's as it was to get frogs and toads. Grrr.....

Lesley, I would highly recommend either one of my species as a first T, but if you really want to handle one, I would suggest the Chilean rose...much less skittish and likely to either run or jump at you. Hope you give it a try-you will never look back!!
