Okay, first set of pics are of Frapp, a rescued Chilean rose tarantula. Age is approximated at 2 years. He has definite tibial hooks and clubbed pedipalps. He also has damage to one of his front legs, but it does not seem to affect him at all. Not sure how much time he has left, but he is a handsome male.
This is Katara, age not known, but she had been at the petstore for over 6 months. Recently molted around Christmas. She was labelled as an Antilles Pinktoe, but from the few pictures I have been able to get of her...well....not seeing it. Do A. versicolors need to mature into their colouring, or was she incorrectly labelled? Either way, she is gorgeous and has incredibly long legs!!![]()
