    Default Are these real?

    I saw these "Blue back reed frogs" they look bright purple!

    Alpha Pro Breeders

    Scroll down to almost the bottom.

    If they are, I want some. Off to do research on care of reed frogs.....

    Check out Heterixalus madagascariensis. They are very popular and easy to care for. These frogs are native to the island of Madagascar. Among reed frogs, a single species may have several color morphs.

    That color is because of a moonlamp, they aren't colored like this,
    Mostly they are whitish, but i had them change to sort of baby blue as well.
    Nevertheless, wonderfull frogs.
