Is that a 20H? The tank looks great right now, but just about every plant you have in there is gonna get a lot bigger than your tank. The parlor palms in the back will get several feet high, and the croton in the front can get a couple feet at least...It's a tree.

If you give the plants adequate lighting...this tank's success is short lived.

The rate of growth in your home is nothing compared to how they'll grow in a terrarium environment if they are well cared for, but maybe some form of pruning will work for palms. I've never put them in a viv, so have never pruned them. The croton just plain old ain't gonna work for long.
