So, I am a terrible frog Mom. I got a new baby White's tree frog about a month ago or so. He is a little thing, maybe an inch. I was feeding him last night and had given him a few small crickets. I was going to give him a few more because I am going out of town tomorrow, but I was lazy, so I just tapped some off an egg crate since I had dusted his previous ones. Well, I dumped a lot in there. Like more than 10. I figured some would hide and he would find them the next night. Nope. He ate them all. Quickly. Can a baby White's die or become ill from eating too much at a time? I've always gotten juvenile or older frogs and never had that issue. he was a little lumpy. He was fine this morning and afternoon, sleeping as usual. Should I be worried? Or when can I stop worrying? Not sure how fast they digest. He is on paper towels so I can find his "frog logs" easy. Thanks guys and God bless.
