This frog can be confused with an Agalychnis callydrias if you are walking in the jungle and see it perching on a branch. It isn´t endangered but is listed on CITES II. Is known that males move between trees by jumping and extending its limbs and spreads out the skin between its fingers and toes, this allows the frog to glide for a while.
They are known to live in the same areas as A. callydrias, both are kept in the same way
