Hank(mercedesherp) has bred ceratophry's before He'd probably be the best guy on the forum to talk about it with. Hank if you read this, I'm not sure if you got my email but I greatly appreciate that article you sent. It was great.
Yes I understand the ratios needed for breeding, but I'm not in this for a business. I have no desire to "make money" off my frogs. I will try it and if I happen to have a pair and if it works out great, but if not no big deal. I'm not going to buy more to increase my odds as its not why I got them in the first place. My red eyes will be my first breeding project and then I 'll see from there.

Kevin, I understand your trepidation to having to deal with several 1000 tadpoles morphing into froglets. And not only worrying about cannibalism, but feeding them and keeping the water clean.

Would you think large tubs keeping a few 100 in each and flushing with water?

Tubs with some type of grate system, once they morph, to let the waste fall thru?

I am asking for my spring breeding attempt. I am very worried about space.

How large of tubs are we talking here?
Kiddy pools would be great for a large amount of tadpoles.

    Do you have a pic?
